I lead the design team for two innovative products, worked on many other experiences and served as a designer, leader designer and design manager.
Designed, created and made many physical product, mostly around safety. One product, “NeverLeft” had over 30 prototypes and many many learned lessons about design, business and people.

While at CVS Health, I created a patented drug interaction checking experience that is ahead of its time and tackles really life threatening issues.
Looking to create harmony and strengthen uses mental model by mental taking cues from the retail teams in store product layout. Objective was deeper omnichannel experience.
