Tesla taught me to just “get the job done”

The mindset

I worked during the time when Steve Jobs had passed away and Elon Musk was spear heading this start up called Tesla. The way working at Tesla change my mind, changed how I think was “Grit” and a just “get the job done” mindset.

I remember one of our leadership saying, if there’s something to get done…just do it. We would hear of stories of our CEO, Elon doing things that could have easily been delegated, but instead just did what he had to do to get the job done. It didn’t matter if you were the CEO, District store manager or just a retail product advisor like myself…the spirt was one of grit and get-it-done mind set.
